Welcome to meezen (the “Platform”), a personal finance and FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) planning tool operated by Annaqah Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or uploading any documents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial financial planning purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

2. Intended Jurisdiction and Geographic Scope

The Platform is intended primarily for users located in Singapore and Malaysia. Access from other jurisdictions does not imply compliance with local laws or regulatory requirements outside these regions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use strong, unique passwords

• Secure the devices used to access the Platform

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. AI-Driven Data Processing and Document Uploads

AI Functionality

The Platform utilizes proprietary and third-party artificial intelligence models to read, interpret, and extract data from documents you upload, including bank statements, investment reports, and spreadsheets. By uploading documents, you explicitly consent to this processing.

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are estimates and may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

User Verification Requirement

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all data entries before relying on them. You release Annaqah Pte Ltd from liability arising from decisions made based on unverified data.

Content Responsibility

You represent that you own or have the rights to upload all documents. You agree not to upload illegal, malicious, or infringing content. We are not responsible for the legality or content of user-uploaded materials.

5. Nature of the Service

FireFuse is a personal finance information and visualization platform.

FireFuse:

• Is not a bank, broker, financial adviser, or fiduciary

• Does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

• Does not recommend financial products or strategies

All insights, personas, projections, and notifications are informational only. Financial decisions remain solely your responsibility.

6. AI Insights and Projections

Projections, personas, and forecasts are generated using historical patterns and assumptions. Actual outcomes may differ materially.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. FireFuse does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific financial outcome or level of financial independence.

7. Notifications, Alerts, and Automation

The Platform may provide reminders, alerts, or notifications related to financial activity or decision points.

You acknowledge that:

• Notifications are informational only

• Delivery depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services

• You remain responsible for acting on information provided

We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications.

8. Third-Party Services and Data Providers

The Platform may rely on third-party financial institutions, data aggregators, and service providers.

We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or availability of third-party data

• Service interruptions or outages

• Errors originating from external systems

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. User Data Rights and Privacy

You retain rights over your personal and raw financial data, including the right to request access, correction, restriction, or deletion in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property and Work Product Ownership

Platform Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, models, designs, interfaces, workflows, and branding that comprise the Platform are the exclusive property of Annaqah Pte Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Inputs and Data Transformation

When you input data, upload documents, or otherwise provide information to the Platform (“User Inputs”), such information is processed, structured, analyzed, and transformed through proprietary systems, algorithms, and models operated by the Platform.

You acknowledge that this transformation process creates new outputs that are distinct from your original User Inputs.

Definition and Ownership of Work Product

All projections, financial personas, visualizations, reports, insights, aggregated metrics, analyses, models, and other outputs generated by the Platform as a result of processing User Inputs (collectively, the “Work Product”) are original works created by the Platform.

You agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the Work Product are owned exclusively by Annaqah Pte Ltd, including any intellectual property rights therein.

License to Use Work Product

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Work Product solely for your personal, non-commercial financial planning purposes while you remain a user of the Platform.

This license terminates automatically upon account termination.

Retention of Rights in Raw Data

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you retain ownership of your original raw financial data and personal information, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Anonymized and Aggregated Data

We may create anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated data derived from User Inputs and Work Product that does not identify you personally. All rights in such anonymized or aggregated data are owned exclusively by Annaqah Pte Ltd and may be used for product improvement, research, benchmarking, analytics, or operational purposes.

11. Fees and Pricing

The Platform may offer free features, trial access, or paid features. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you are charged.

We reserve the right to introduce or modify pricing with notice. Fee changes will not apply retroactively.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Access the Platform using unauthorized automated means

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

• Upload malware or disrupt Platform operations

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

13. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected misuse, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, access will cease. Certain provisions will survive termination as outlined below.

14. Regulatory Disclaimer (Singapore and Malaysia)

The Platform is not licensed, registered, or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Securities Commission Malaysia, or Bank Negara Malaysia.

The Platform does not provide regulated services under the Financial Advisers Act (Singapore) or the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (Malaysia).

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation of any financial product.

15. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annaqah Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial loss or loss of data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annaqah Pte Ltd from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, power outages, or third-party disruptions.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
